The Citrus County School District is partnering with the Lions Club to offer FREE VISION SCREENING for our high school students.  The screening is performed by using an instrument that takes a picture of your student’s eyes and digitally scans if your student may need further follow-up with an eye care professional.  No physical contact is made with your student, and eye drops are not used.  Please note, in order to participate in this FREE opportunity, if you have not done so already, you will need to log into your student’s Family Access in Skyward and click “YES” for vision screening under the “Health Screening” section or follow the link below to complete the “High School Vision Screenings Permission Form” on the Citrus County School District website.  If you have any questions about this program, please contact your school nurse at your student’s school.   Dates for when the Homosassa Lions Club will be at your student’s school are listed on the CCSD website.
