Free Meals for ALL Students and Updates to Food Services

Big News: Free Meals for All Students Again for the 2025–2026 School Year!

Citrus County Schools is thrilled to announce that breakfast and lunch will be FREE for all students again this year! As part of the district’s continued commitment to supporting student wellness and academic success, all enrolled students can enjoy nutritious meals at no cost throughout the 2025–2026 school year.

Parents and guardians should also note an important update: students will now use their STUDENT ID as their lunch number, replacing the previous five-digit PIN system. Families can locate their child’s ID in Skyward and are encouraged to help them memorize it before the first day of school.

Menu’s will be available in the MealViewer app, available in the App Store, and online at schools-mealviewer-com, to see daily menus and nutritional information.

For students interested in purchasing a-la-carte items in the lunch line, MySchoolBucks is available for parents and guardians to pre-pay and manage those additional purchases. myschoolbucks-com
