Calling all community businesses and residents of Citrus County – it is time to show your support for the Senior Class of 2020. The Citrus County School District, along with our partners at the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, are asking local businesses and residents to show the graduating class of 2020 how much you support them. You can show your school pride by either changing your business marquee, decorating your storefronts, or displaying school colors for any or all five schools on their respective graduation days.
CREST School: Thursday, May 21st at 12:40 p.m. “Dolphin Day”
Withlacoochee Technical College: Thursday, May 21st at 5 p.m. “WTC Day”
Lecanto High School: Tuesday, May 26th at 4 p.m. “Panther Day”
Crystal River High School: Wednesday, May 27th at 4 p.m. “Pirate Day”
Citrus High School: Thursday, May 28th at 4 p.m. “Hurricane Day”
You can expect to see hundreds of cars lined up for many of our graduation ceremonies throughout the county. Families will be decorating cars for their student’s drive-thru graduation celebrations.
On each school’s graduation day, our partners from Citrus 95.3, 96.7 The Fox, and Z103.3 will be airing messages of support, speeches, and music to celebrate our graduates.
